Recently renovated by a famous Italian architect with a minimalist style and modern furnishings, 6 bedroom villa located in Casa de Campo on the beautiful south coast of the Dominican Republic. The unique design is perfect for groups and families to spend time together in an incredible paradise setting.

The villa has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, a heated Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, and a beautiful and luxuriant garden.

An essential feature is the position of the villa.
Very central to all the facilities of the Casa de Campo resort: 3 minute walk to the beach, hotel, marina, golf, cycling and walking trails.

For the little ones, the villa is equipped with an inflatable garden swimming pool, some toys for the pool and essential games for the beach, as well as a high chair for eating and two cots.
Upon request, availability and payment, it is also possible to install a pool fencing.

The villa is equipped to accommodate people with disabilities.

The villa has 6 bedrooms for guests and two for the service, 7 bathrooms and 7 walk-in closets, interiors in each house.

Three bedrooms have 1 California King bed each and three bedrooms have 2 Queen beds each. Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet.
The bathroom linen for each room consists of two 100% Italian cotton 600gr face towels, 100% Italian cotton 600gr bidet towels, two 100% Italian cotton 600gr shower towels and two M and XL 100% Italian cotton 450gr bathrobes.
The bed linen consists of sheets and duvet covers in fine 100% extra fine cotton (Satin, Percale).
All our fabrics are 100% hypoallergenic.
There is also a guest toilet. The living room is very spacious with four sofas perfect for relaxing and reading. There are inverter air conditioners in all bedrooms, as well as the dining room and lounge.

The price paid for the villa includes a Chef, for the preparation of breakfast and lunch, 2 waiters for cleaning the rooms, 3 waiters for table service, a concierge, a chauffeur/butler and a gardener, two cots available in the villa. The working hours of the staff are from 8:00 to 17:00. Also includes three golf carts: two four-person electric golf carts, one six-person electric golf cart. A Chevrolet available inside Casa de Campo and driven exclusively by our chauffeur. (fuel not included).
The patio is spacious and overlooks the golf course (14th hole) and lake.

Food and drinks are not included in the price. The guest can make the purchase in the supermarkets with the help of our chef and our driver.

Once the villa is booked, contacted by our Concierge, to plan any reservations in advance: airport transfers, massages, excursions, charters to the islands or fishing, restaurant reservations, etc. Also, during your stay at Los Lagos 16, our on-site concierge will be ready to assist you with anything you need to make your vacation a unique and memorable experience.
