'The location of this small hotel was perfect, directly at the shore of the lake, with rooms with lake view (we could choose our own room!). The owners were very hospitable. They picked us up at the bus station themselves (while our bus was an hour late!). One of them spoke fairly good English and he explained us a lot about the surroundings. The hotel was situated about 12k outside of Puno, it was a very quiet place. The owners were always willing to take us to the center of Puno (15 min drive)...

'This hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front desk—she was truly the heart of this hotel. Kind, attentive, and always eager to help, she assisted us with everything we needed. The only downside was the breakfast buffet.
