This 3 bedroom penthouse is on the 5th floor of the B Tower. This condo has an ocean view and accommodations for 6 guests. In the living room, there are two balsa wood-framed sofas with a dark brown geometric print. There is a matching patterned ottoman in the middle, two glass top end tables with lamps and a large media center with a TV, DVD, VCR and CD Player. In addition, the condo also has high-speed wireless internet and cable television. It will be easy to post pictures on FaceBook and also stay up to date on current events. You can access the wonderful terrace through the sliding arcadia doors in the living area. In the dining area, there is a round oak wood table with seating for five guests. The room has a wall-mounted Old World Mexico painting and a console table below with ceramic decorative pieces. There is also a purified drinking water cooler and an additional chair. In the kitchen, there are white ceramic tiled countertops with black appliances and fully stocked shelves and drawers. This kitchen has everything you would need to feel as if you are cooking in your own home kitchen. There is a built-in bar off the kitchen if you feel more like a casual dining experience. In the master bedroom, there is a king-size bed with an arched beech wood headboard and silky beige bedding. There is a round glass top bedside table with a reading lamp on each side of the bed and a dresser furnished with a television. The other wall has a vanity dressing table with a mirror. The walls of the room are adorned with beautiful pastel paintings that tie all the colors in the room together. The attached master bathroom has a double sink vanity with a shower, commode, and tub. The 2nd guest bedroom has a king-size bed with a wrought iron and wood headboard. the bedding is like a gold and red floral tapestry with several throw pillows. The wall behind the bed has a decorative bronze sun design and there are two wood bedside tables with reading lamps. The room has a dresser with a TV / DVD and a bay view window surrounded by double door closets. The 3rd bedroom has a king-size bed with a wood wheel spoke headboard and beige silk bedding. There is a table on each side of the bed, a dresser on the opposite wall and a window that views the condo entrance. The room also includes a large mirrored double-door closet. The hall bathroom has a single sink vanity with a walk-in tub/shower and commode. The terrace has a high glass top table with matching high top bar chairs.
