The property is part of the Seaside Apartment Condos, a group of attached cottages that were purchased by their original renters! This is the first time since the cottage was originally purchased 30+ years ago that it will host guests! Each cottage is named after water birds, and ours is Penguin!

This cozy 290 Sq. Ft. cottage has been carefully allocated to take full advantage of every inch. The bedroom is small but well appointed and thoughtfully decorated for a simple but luxurious stay with a Queen memory foam bed. There is also a modern and comfortable Queen memory foam Pull-Out couch in the living space. We are equipped with hotel quality bedding and plushy towel sets. We provide toiletries, beach towels and beach chairs.

Still maintaining its quintessential Provincetown yesteryear charm and quirk, Penguin has been updated with a mini-split AC unit, new small appliances, refrigerator and new modern furniture. All of this while still preserving its classic, vintage gas stove, architectural craftmanship and design.

The kitchen enjoys everything necessary to cook your own meals or heat up leftovers from the amazing restaurants next door. It is stocked with the basics and essentials including coffee, tea, snacks, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and more.

You are more than welcome to feel part of the community! You have access to the common coin-up washer and dryer, as well as the common BBQ grill.

Enjoy Provincetown to its fullest with all of its hustle and bustle. But come and decompress in this minimalistic and tastefully decorated little oasis. Enjoy the meticulously maintained blooming courtyard and dig your toes into the private sandy beach, take a dip in the water and watch the boats come in and out of the pier.

You will have the convenience of having a 1 Car Assigned Parking Space, but there’s also no need to bring your car! You can literally get off the Boston ferry and make your way to the condo through the beach in 5 minutes. You are a bike or shuttle ride away from all the public beaches and local vineyard.
