'it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart.'

'The check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast without a deposit. The FO gave me a room with a nice view, the sea and the pool. The room was clean, the AC was cold, the shower was very strong. but now they don't provide bar soap, shower cap, toothbrush in the bathroom but when you check in, they will ask for this and if you need it, they will give it to you. everything is ok, only the security in front of the lobby door must be alert if guests bring a lot of luggage. 'The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with.'
