« Lokasi hotel strategis ditengah kota. Ada restoran jepang yang enak di basement juga ada ATM. Staf Hotel ramah. »

« Hôtel très agréable avec un jardin. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Le buffet du petit déjeuner change chaque jour, varié et très bon. Le seul point négatif est la mosquée, qui nous réveille à 4h30 du matin. »

« The worst mercure chain in Indonesia. I’m a bss traveler and I stayed in many mercure hotels all over. Day 1 : checked in at 7 pm and had to wait for 45 mins for my room. Inside it smells weird but too tired to complain Day 2 : found 1 roach in the cupboard the room smells terrible Day 3 : found another mini roach inside the bathroom Day 4 : checked out ASAP I would change hotels if I have the time. I was just too tired and couldn’t argue that’s why I stayed. Seriously not recommended »

« 체크인하러 4시에 도착했음에도 체크인하는데 30분이 더 걸렸고, 객실에는 타월 하나 구비돼 있지 않았다. 타월을 요청하여도 2시간이 넘게 갖다주지 않아서 재차 요청했더니, 그러고 30분에 가져다 주었다. 객실 청결상태도 깨끗하지 않아서 사용하는데 기분이 그리 좋지 않았다. 전체적으로 서비스 수준이 너무 앚은 호텔이었다. »
