Cette superbe villa neuve avec vue à 360 degrés sur la voie navigable Leeward voisin, se trouve à seulement 5 minutes du front de mer. Vivace Villa propose un hébergement confortable pour un maximum de 6 adultes. Ce, gated propriété de plain-contemporaine a été conçue par l'architecte primé, John Redmond Associates et construit par la principale société de construction de l'île et Construction Ltd., à une norme méticuleux.

Situé dans 0. 85 acres de terrain tranquille et avec un quai de bateau de 42 pieds, la villa dispose d'un grand 30 x 15 pieds piscine extérieure avec une grande terrasse privée, ce qui est idéal pour les adorateurs du soleil, tandis que il ya une terrasse couverte pour lorsque vous êtes à la recherche d'un endroit calme à la sortie sélectionnée du soleil.

Sans aucun doute, l'un des stand-out caractéristiques de la propriété est son design intérieur exquis qui a été personnellement supervisé par le propriétaire et designer d'intérieur, Gul Jenkins. Tous les meubles étaient à féliciter les uns les autres et de se fondre à merveille pour créer une maison confortable et élégant choisi main.

Villa Vivace est une résidence sécurisée située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et convivial. La propriété est également équipé d'un système de sécurité surveillé pour la paix d'esprit.

Espace extérieur
La superbe piscine extérieure de 30 x 15 pieds est le point focal de fabuleux terrains de la villa. Il est un gaz Weber barbecue grill et de brûleurs à gaz, parfait pour la famille et les divertissant belles terrasses sont idéales pour un apéritif ou deux! La végétation naturelle, bougainvilliers, plantes tropicales et disposent d'un vaste terrain tout au long de la villa.

Villa Vivace est à seulement 5 minutes de Pelican Beach, des plages moins bondées et les plus belles de l'île! Grace Bay Beach se trouve à seulement 5 minutes de route. Villa Vivace is a lovely home. We truly enjoyed our stay. Mid week cleaning was awesome with fresh sheets on bed, floors mopped and towels refreshed. Electricity is a seperate charge and expensive. Even with the high electric bill it was still reasonable for the area.

Great Week at Villa Vivace!
We had a great week at Villa Vivace! The villa is beautiful and is in a nice location in Leeward. The property was very clean with very nice appliances. We were greeted at he villa with a tour of the property and with some snacks, beer and water which was a nice touch! The driveway is gated, and the villa has an easy-to-use security system, not that we ever felt unsafe. We enjoyed the open layout on the inside and loved the outdoor area with a very nice pool and ability to sit on the dock directly on the canal. We did a private ½ day boat charter and the captain was able to pick us up right at the dock! The beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice property for couples or a large family. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and a couple of umbrellas which made our daily trips to the various beaches easy. The showers had good pressure, and the internet was very good. The AC kept the bedrooms and main living area comfortable. We pretty much shut off the AC during the day when we were out, used the AC during the evenings before bed, and then turned it off during the night except for the 2 bedrooms. We used 485 KW for the week. The mid-week cleaning was appreciated. Communication with the owners and then Faye and the property management team was easy and responsive. We had an excellent experience at this truly beautiful villa!

Amazing Property
The pictures don't do this property justice. It was even more amazing than the photos on the website. The property manager was very responsive and welcomed us even though our flight was delayed by 4 hours. He gave us great recommendations for dinners and fun places to visit. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to relax and unwind.

Amazing villa!
We loved our stay at Villa Vivace! Traveled with 4 adults and a 1.5 year old. The property is gorgeous, right on a canal that we loved to swim and kayak in! Marina and great coffee shop within walking distance. The home is clean, large and well equipped for any meal you would want to prepare. Close to beaches, grace bay. Ron was so helpful, always a text away. All on one level so great for kids. A great value for an amazing villa! Thank you for memories that will last us a lifetime!

Wonderful Family Vacation
We had another wonderful family vacation at Villa Vivace - our second time staying in this beautiful home. Location is great, short walking distance to Salt restaurant and a great little market. Quick drive to beach and all the restaurants and amenities in town. The house was immaculate and well-stocked with everything we needed. Faye the property manager was excellent. Never disappoints. Place is alway super clean. Weekly house keeping is a plus. Ron, property manager would exceed your expectations and is always there to assist you with any of your needs, so don’t forget to take care of him and the house keeping staff as they go beyond their call of duty to make your stay as pleasant and care free as possible.

Paradise in Paradise
The pictures on VRBO cannot show the full beauty of this property in the Leeward Settlement (if you're familiar with T&C, you know). Not only is this house in a perfect location (only a few minutes from Grace Bay as well), but the team that has been put together to help facilitate the stay is one in a million! Ron met us at the door with ice cold refreshments and gave us a thorough tour of the property. Anytime we had any questions, he was available to help make our vacation a memorable one. We came away with the realization that we could never stay at a resort as long as homes like this are available! Don't miss out on this one!

Did not disappoint. 4 or 5 star every category. Only suggestion is a few rubber backed carpets outside of rear patio doors. Tile gets slippery after rain or pool water. Not a major issue but should be addressed

Everything about our stay was amazing. Check in and out was very easy. We had an unexpected medical need during our stay and Ron was so accommodating and helpful, it was very much appreciated. The house is everything and more that is shown in the pictures. The location is perfect. We walked to breakfast at the Market cafe almost every morning, the croissant sandwiches are a great way to start the day. My only suggestion would be to factor in the A/C cost in the nightly price, I was very conscious of when we were using the air but it was still more expensive than expected. BUT, that would not stop me from staying again. This is where we will stay anytime we come back. It was home away from home!

The kitchen was set up for us to cook our meals and grill. We were able to keep up on laundry while there. We appreciated the supplies left in villa for our use.

The house far exceeds many of the descriptions provided in the posting. It is spacious and airy, furnished comfortably with lovely pieces. All amenities listed were available with many additional items. There were only four of us, so we did not even use the extra bedroom/bathroom. Had a problem, but a repairman quickly arrived and returned the following day for further checks. The reservation and check-in and out were easy! We will return!

Vivace is a gracious, comfortable, quiet, spacious, well equipped villa where we felt at home. Close to the beach and amenities. We love Turks. The beautiful turquoise waters, endless sandy beaches, warmth of the sunshine and the friendly people of the island were a welcome winter reprieve for us. We will be back. The management team, Faye and Ronald, were very accommodating and friendly. The house was immaculate when we arrived. It lacked baking pans which Ronald immediately remedied by dropping a set off later in the day. The location was quiet and within walking distance to a beach as well as a coffee shop/market on the canal. We would highly recommend it and would return.

This villa is an absolute delight! The pictures do not do it justice! The area is so quiet and safe! This villa has EVERYTHING you need for your stay! Just go grocery shopping and you're all set! They even provide zip lock bags!!! I was amazed! They have beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, pool toys, etc. I could go on and on!! The property managers and owner are amazing and go above and beyond to help when needed and are very responsive! A HUGE THANK YOU to Faye and Ronald for their assistance during our stay and for being so attentive! We cannot wait to go back!
