Villa Vivace - New Luxurious Seaside Home

This stunning villa with 360 degree views over the neighboring Leeward waterway, sits just 5 minutes away from the ocean front. Villa Vivace offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 adults. This contemporary, gated single-story property was designed by the award winning architect, John Redmond Associates, and constructed by the island’s leading building company AND Construction Ltd., to a meticulous standard.

Set within 0.85 acres of tranquil grounds and with a 42 feet boat dock, the villa features a large 30 x 15 feet outdoor swimming pool with a large private deck, which is ideal for sun-worshippers, whilst there is a covered terrace for when you’re looking for a quiet selected spot out of the sun.

Undoubtedly, one of the stand-out features of the property is its exquisite interior design which was personally overseen by the owner and interior designer, Gul Jenkins. All of the furnishings were hand-chosen to compliment one another and blend beautifully to create a comfortable and stylish home.

Villa Vivace is a gated residence situated in a very safe and friendly residential area. The property is also equipped with a monitored security system for added peace of mind.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The stunning 30 x 15 feet outdoor pool is the focal point of the villa's fabulous grounds. There is a gas Weber BBQ and grill with gas burners, perfect for family entertaining and the beautiful terraces are ideal for a sundowner or two! Natural vegetation, bougainvilleas, and tropical plants feature throughout the villa's extensive grounds.

LOCATION
Villa Vivace is just 5 minutes from Pelican Beach, of the least crowded and most beautiful beaches on the island! Grace Bay Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. It is also close to all of the amenities of Grace Bay, including fine restaurants, shopping, excursion companies, spas, resorts, the Provo Golf Club, casino and art galleries.

This property was absolutely amazing! We had 3 adult couples and everyone had their own space. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We enjoyed the private pool and canal. Don’t let the additional AC fee make you nervous, for 6 days our bill was under 150, we mainly ran the AC in the evenings and overnight as we were out and about during the day. We felt very safe here and Ron was a tremendous help in getting acclimated to the area. You won’t be disappointed in your stay here! Highly recommend!!

Love our stay at Villa Villace! The house was clean, and well located. It was right on the canal, and we went kayaking there. Five minute drive to Grace Bay. Only surprise was the extra cost of the air conditioning. Would definitely stay there again!

A Week In Paradise

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful villa. Ron meet us upon our arrival and helped get our week off to a perfect start with cold beverages and a tour. He introduced us to the best taxi driver who made traveling the island fun for our group of friends. We enjoyed our pool daily. The villa is nicely equipped for guests. We can’t wait to go back.

Great house with lots of space, in a fabulous location. House manager was super helpful setting up excursions when requested. We rented kayaks a couple days which was a great way to explore beaches that are hidden away with no people! Definitely recommend!

Seclusion without the worry

I want to share my experience about a fantastic rental property for my bday trip. Even though it had more rooms and bathrooms than we needed for two people, we appreciated the privacy. The listing was accurate, and the house was gorgeous and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy, and we received all the necessary information before arrival. Ron greeted us at the property with snacks, cold beer, water, and ice. He gave us a tour, went over paperwork, and explained everything. We were there during hurricane season, and he kindly allowed us to check out later due to a later flight. The air conditioning price is not included in the rent, but we were aware that it was charged at the current market rate plus a 12% government tax. I ran the air conditioner all day every day for nine days, and my bill was $720. While it was a significant cost, I happily paid it because it was super hot and humid. The fans helped as well. Everything is close by, and the security system and locking gate made us feel safe throughout the trip. The canal behind the house is very peaceful, and the pool is very nice and relaxing. I have never been in a rental so well stocked. The only suggestion I have, which others have also mentioned, is to be careful when getting out of the pool as the tile is a bit slippery. The TV seemed a little outdated, but it wasn't a deal breaker.. Not there to watch tv haha. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely Home

Villa Vivace is a lovely home. We truly enjoyed our stay. Mid week cleaning was awesome with fresh sheets on bed, floors mopped and towels refreshed. Electricity is a seperate charge and expensive. Even with the high electric bill it was still reasonable for the area.

Great Week at Villa Vivace!

We had a great week at Villa Vivace! The villa is beautiful and is in a nice location in Leeward. The property was very clean with very nice appliances. We were greeted at he villa with a tour of the property and with some snacks, beer and water which was a nice touch! The driveway is gated, and the villa has an easy-to-use security system, not that we ever felt unsafe. We enjoyed the open layout on the inside and loved the outdoor area with a very nice pool and ability to sit on the dock directly on the canal. We did a private ½ day boat charter and the captain was able to pick us up right at the dock! The beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice property for couples or a large family. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and a couple of umbrellas which made our daily trips to the various beaches easy. The showers had good pressure, and the internet was very good. The AC kept the bedrooms and main living area comfortable. We pretty much shut off the AC during the day when we were out, used the AC during the evenings before bed, and then turned it off during the night except for the 2 bedrooms. We used 485 KW for the week. The mid-week cleaning was appreciated. Communication with the owners and then Faye and the property management team was easy and responsive. We had an excellent experience at this truly beautiful villa!

The pictures don't do this property justice. It was even more amazing than the photos on the website. The property manager was very responsive and welcomed us even though our flight was delayed by 4 hours. He gave us great recommendations for dinners and fun places to visit. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to relax and unwind.
