'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.
The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. There is a coffee machine, microwave, fridge.

'Neptune Villas was almost too good to be true - our villa was enormous & comfortable and had a private pool & wrap around deck. We got the space we needed and close to remote beautiful beaches. It was perfect for our family & with a rental car we saw everything we wanted to in Grace Bay & golfing & Da Conch Shell etc. Would definitely stay again!'

'Our stay started on the wrong foot due to a miscommunication during check-in. Our butler escorted my family to a room that was still being cleaned, which wasn’t a great first impression. There was also confusion about our luggage, and it took quite a while for the staff to locate it. During that time, I was genuinely worried it had been delivered to the wrong guests.

'We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. Beautiful pool, clean rooms (I am very picky about cleanliness). There is a golf cart that takes you to and from the beach which is a 3 min ride. The hotel has chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach. I will say if you get there later than 11am all the chairs are taken, but we just got there early.

'I loved everything about this resort. The staff especially Ms Brenda were very friendly and helpful! The room was very spacious, all the amenities you need and an amazing view of the ocean. 'Always a favorite! This was our second time at OCW and we loved every minute of it! Best bartender at the tiki bar (shout out Ben!). Comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, good food, and close to everything. Best part: the beautiful Grace Bay beach. It remains our favorite after all of our travels.'
