Top notch, very clean and well supplied as it had everything we needed and more. Location and access to Grace Bay/ Bight area was perfect. The private accommodations of the Poolhouse was perfect for our “down” days and provided much needed relaxation. The pool was amazing and used every day of our visit. As a family of four; without hesitation we would highly recommend.

Outstanding rental - clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels, snorkels, umbrellas, and chairs. The location is excellent. The pool is lovely and private. We definitely hope to come back soon.!

Host was immediately helpful with minor issues. The house was excellent, just as advertised. Great to be able to use beach chairs, umbrellas when going to the beach - only a three minute walk!

Beautiful getaway

We enjoyed our stay tremendously at this property. The owners were very kind and the place was just as listed. We were very close to the beach and enjoyed exploring the islands and restaurants very close to our place. Would definitely stay again.

The Poolhouse By The Beach was the perfect place to stay! The house and pool were great for 2 couples and the very short walk to the beautiful Grace Bay beach made it even better! There is a reef to snorkel just off the beach only a few more steps once you arrive at the ocean. We snorkeled, swam in the pool and explored so many of the local restaurants. If you have found this listing - look no further - just book it!

Location was close to beach, groceries and restaurants. Pool was lovely and refreshing. Parking was great. Always felt safe during our visit both inside and outside the property. Property well maintained and kept nice. Laundry on site was helpful since we were continuing our vacation. Little extras such as laundry soap, spices, toilet paper, beach chairs and umbrellas helped a lot. Blender got a lot of use! We had a small hiccup when we arrived on Easter Sunday and tried to enter the house but the host resolved it quickly to our satisfaction. We would return to this property and highly recommend.

This property was exactly as described! Clean, well stocked and the pool was fantastic! Highly recommend you book this property if you are planning a trip to TCI!! Questions were promptly answered by host and everything necessary for the beach was available, and it was so close to Grace bay!

Wonderful stay in a great location

We loved our stay at the Poolhouse by the Beach. There were three of us and the space was perfect. The beach is very close and an easy walk. The pool was refreshing to return to each day. Overall, we had a great time and the hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here if we return.

Beachside bliss!

Our stay at the poolhouse by the beach was nothing short of fantastic. The location was perfect for beach lovers, and the amenities provided made our holiday both comfortable and memorable. The place was fully stocked and Judy and team were nearby to make sure we had everything we needed just in case. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Turks and Caicos!

This was the perfect space for my daughter (15), mother (78) and me (50). The property is peaceful and very well cared for. A short walk to quiet part of the beach and easy drive to sights, shops and restaurants. We hope to return next year!

This house is perfect from the privacy to the private pool, location! Perfect for our family of 4! Everything has been thought of for a perfect stay. The host made us feel right and home. Amazing family Turks beach holiday

Came with wife and 4 year old and we all had an amazing stay. Modern property with full amenities that comes fully as advertised. Very available owners who live nearby. We loved the pool. The beautiful Bight beach is a short stroll from the property.Definitely planning on returning next year.
