  • Newly furnished, 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Beachfront Resort , this beautiful Ocean view Condo has all new appliances and furnishings. Private balcony with unit. The property has a resort pool, hot tub, and BBQ on site. The beach stretches for miles and snorkeling can be done directly from shore.
    Northwest Point Resort - winner of TripAdvisor 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Certificate of Excellence Award.
    The property is in a gated community and is very quiet. A short drive away and you can find Bars and Restaurants. A perfect place to explore the island from .
    Adjacent to the resort is the national park with soaring ospreys and diving pelicans which are almost always in view when walking the miles of sandy beaches. This Condo-Hotel unit is inspected, licensed and certified approved by the government of Turks and Caicos.

This is my second time staying at the Northwest Point. Our host, Ron, was very receptive to all my questions and communicated well. The unit was very Accomidating. Plenty of beach towels, all utensils for cooking were readily available, and a spring water fountain in the unit was a great addition. Very easily accessed, and the email with directions was very informative. Thank you for a great stay!

The host for this property is OUTSTANDING. Ron went above and beyond to help us book the dates we needed for our vacation. We wanted to stay in a 3-bedroom unit, but it was unavailable for the first night of our preferred dates. Ron offered to open up his 2-bedroom unit for us and move us over to the 3-bedroom the next day, which was a great solution and much appreciated.The unit was very clean and lovely, and the patio opened up to beautiful trees and vegetation. The beds were comfy, and the AC and wifi worked great! We enjoyed exploring the small resort and relaxing on our first night. We even saw a small seat turtle in the water when we walked the beach! Unfortunately it rained all the next day, so we didn't get out much, but our transition over to the other unit was seamless. Ron's communication prior to our arrival was excellent. Directions to the resort, check in/out instructions, and all information was provided in advance in detail. He was also very quick to respond to all of my questions.

If you’re looking to get away and have a truly quiet place to stay this is your place! I really enjoyed my stay here and also all the people that own units are great!

Secluded, but that was what we were looking for. Made a great base for experiencing the island and then returning to the peace and quiet when we were ready. The beach seems lovely, though it was seaweed covered most of our stay - just the way the winds were blowing caused it. That said, the pool and other amenities were as advertised, the shade and seating on the beach were welcome, and we really did enjoy our stay. Ron was communicative and we had almost everything we needed. Two minor notes: the road to get there is no joke - consider a crossover or SUV instead of an economy car, as our poor Suzuki got rattled to bits. Also, a beach umbrella to borrow if exploring other beaches would have been very appreciated.

Private paradise!

The condo and the resort property were exactly what we needed for relaxation! We felt like we had our own private beach and pool, beautiful!

My husband and I intentionally looked for a secluded beach. This location delivered with a gorgeous on site beach experience. The small pub on site made staying at the condo easy. The place was clean and host was reliable. We recommend stopping at The Smart grocery on the way to the place. The condo itself is modest and is ready for some updates but it had what we needed. We would have preferred to have direct access to the thermostat but the host was responsive when we asked for temperature adjustments. In all, we would return and felt safe in this gated property.

Beautiful

We stayed there and we are already thinking of booking again soon, the condo is beautiful and well equipped for all our needs the staff are very friendly. We would recommend if you are looking for a very nice quiet vacation this is the place to go, and having a car makes it great to go anywhere and feeling safe.

We are seasoned travelers and set our expectations according to the accommodations and environment - we can live through a few mosquitoes and local flies… this condo is roach infested. I grew up in NYC - I know roaches! Roached tend to thrive in unkept areas where there are residual foods. There was not a day where we did not encounter roached in the condo - not just in the kitchen, but also in the bedroom and the living room. Other than that issue, the condo and the location was ok.
