This spacious five-bedroom, two-bath home is designed for families, friends, wedding groups, university visitors, and business teams who want to stay together without giving up personal space.

Wake up in one of five private bedrooms, enjoy complimentary Lavazza or Starbucks coffee, prepare breakfast in the full kitchen, and gather around the dining table before heading out for the day.

Step outside and enjoy Downtown Providence on foot. Walk to PPAC, restaurants, cafés, the Riverwalk, Rhode Island Convention Center, and Amica Mutual Pavilion. Brown University, RISD, JWU, and Providence’s major hospitals are all just minutes away.

After a day in the city, come back to a spacious living room where the whole group can relax together. Watch TV, enjoy takeout, share drinks, or plan the next day without splitting everyone between separate hotel rooms.

The full kitchen gives your group flexibility throughout the stay—keep drinks and snacks on hand, make breakfast before heading out, or enjoy an easy dinner at home when everyone wants a quieter evening.

Two full bathrooms make mornings and evenings much easier for larger groups. Fresh towels, a hair dryer, and full-size Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided for added comfort.

An in-unit washer and dryer makes multi-night stays easier and helps everyone pack lighter. Fast WiFi throughout the home also makes it convenient to work, study, stream, or stay connected between plans.

Paid public parking is available nearby. We recommend the garage at 75 Clifford Street, approximately a 3-minute walk from the home. Parking is typically around $20 per 24 hours and often less for shorter stays. Once parked, much of Downtown Providence can be enjoyed on foot.

The home is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs.

As with any lively downtown neighborhood, occasional city activity may be heard. Blackout curtains and complimentary earplugs are provided for added comfort.
