« It was our first time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff were very short and did not explain much of anything other than our room was across the street. We weren’t told about the free breakfast either. We stayed on a Monday night and it was noisy with doors slamming at 10pm and then again very early morning. Upon leaving we saw several construction workers— “noisemakers” loading up in trucks! I was told they had no rooms that pets weren’t previously allowed. The bed pillows felt like...
