« The Lodge has a great historical atmosphere and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful from checkin to checkout. We stayed in a wonderful room looking over the city and could hear the elks from the lobby. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel more and its unique ambiance. »

« They have a lot of amenities that you can utilize like hot tub and fire pits. They put out stuff to make smores after 6pm and snacks can be found in the office. This includes breakfast too which has things like boiled eggs and yogurts, toast and bagels and an array of cereals. The beds were so cozy and warm, the room included a mini fridge and microwave which was super convenient. They even have a water fountain in the office to refill water bottles. « Realy a great stay - while the building itself is not new, it is in great shape, very clean and retains some of the "older" hotel features like a spacious room. Great location for easy walk to downtown. Staff were clearly invested in the quality of our stay. Appreciated the offer to stay an additional nite for half price (although probably something offered only during low season. »

« Condo was spacious and clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Setting was lovely overlooking the river. Close to town. We had wished our stay was longer. »

The fact that the only refrigerator, coffee machine and water dispenser are in the service room downstairs is quite inconvenient; and the “hot tub” was outside of the building in the open area made it practically unusable during Colorado winter. »

« The condo was spotless when we arrived. Everything was clean and very well organized. We will certainly make the Little Matterhorn one of our preferred places to stay in Estes when we have the opportunity to return. »

« The condo was clean and comfortable. The east facing windows were beautiful but there were no shades or curtains so the sun was brutal in the morning. The master shower Water pressure was almost non-existent. The beds were very comfortable. The whole condo was nicely decorated. The kitchen cabinets were not made for short people! »

« This place was absolutely amazing and I already miss it. The view you get for the sunrise and stars at night are unforgettable. The condo was very clean, well kept, and very spacious. The balcony was so comfortable and relaxing to sit out on. The only issue I had was it’s a little tricky to find because there’s a tree in front of the number. The town and stores nearby were also enjoyable to walk around as well as visiting Rocky Mountain national park. I would definitely love to stay here again! »
