Here you can feel at home and relax while cooking and playing. Start your holiday with breakfast on the balcony and then head down to the communal pool. Swim and splash around in the pool with your children or watch the little ones run around on the play equipment. As a holiday guest, you have access to a gym in the basement and can continue your fitness programme on holiday. In the courtyard next to the pool there is a beer table with benches and a communal brick barbecue where you can round off the evenings. There are also goals for water polo, darts and table tennis for your entertainment.



Sabunike is a small, quiet and attractive holiday destination suitable for families with small children. Explore Sabunike's many shallow bays and sandy beaches. You can also linger on the famous Queens Beach with its marvellous view of Nin and Velebit beaches. Active guests and sports enthusiasts in particular can let off steam here. You can take a mud cure in the small town of Nin or visit the town of Zadar, 20 kilometres away, which offers plenty of entertainment and shopping opportunities as well as a fantastic place to watch the sunset.
