'The property was clearly being renovated/retrofitted. Amongst other things, the elevator was not working, a distinct problem when your room is on the 4th floor. While my family really was not hard pressed by this, a tour bus of older customers checked in and I helped get some luggage upstairs for them. Also the hall doorways were missing door knobs (just a hole in the door). On a positive note the breakfast was hot and well supplied.'

'This was a gem of a B and B in a beautifully and lovingly preserved home built in 1899, full of antiques. We were very comfortable in our room and everything was clean and well presented. Hosts were warm and lovely.'

'De kamers waren wel erg klei en alles stond scheef in het houten huisje. We moedten met zn tweeën in n bedje van 1,40 breed slapen, in n kamer van 4x4 meter. Alles werkte, maar 't was niet erg comfortabel: jaren 50 gevoel. De service was voortreffelijk en de ontvangst was hartelijk. Er was geen restaurant in tegendtelling tot wat op de site staat. Buiten het seizoen is het er bijzonder verlaten'

'Clinton Pond B&B was a lovely place to stay and use as a home base for biking, hiking and beach hopping. The house is beautiful, and immaculately clean. The covered deck is especially beautiful, and a great place to take your coffee, or an end of the day drink. 'The room was clean and bed comfortable. You could see they had made efforts to upgrade certain things in the room. But there was a smell of a strong chemical when we entered the room. It smelled strong like an insectiside. It made me dizzy. When the windows were open and door open it wasn't as bad... but when we would shut them and the heat of the sun heated up the room the smell would be back. There was also a constant humming sound in our room, til the wee hours of the night. It sounded like...

'Peacefull location, a restaurant on walking distance, other restaurants by car are very near. The motel is old and needs renovation. The service is good, they try to make you happy. Parking is in front of the motel.'
