A house with a private garden in the historic center of Presicce (considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy). Ideal for families or couples looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing retreat in the heart of Salento.
Just a short walk from the house, you’ll find the Mother Church. After a day at the beach, you can choose to stroll through the village’s picturesque streets and try some of the great restaurants. Or sit on a bench in the square for some gelato—in the evenings, the square comes alive with seniors and children playing—or perhaps you’ll stumble upon a village festival. You can choose to visit the famous Frantoi Apogei, small underground villages where lampante oil was once produced. Or you can decide to relax and dine on the house’s patio, which is perfect for lovely dinners and stargazing under the night sky.
Within walking distance, you’ll also find all the amenities you need, such as markets, supermarkets, restaurants, traditional trattorias, bars, and pastry shops.
Parking is free and just a few meters from the house’s entrance.
