'The room was clean, and the fresh cookies and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch. The A/C was loud. The main downside was the customer service. Our early check-in request felt unnecessarily dismissive, especially since we only requested it 30 minutes before normal check-in. Better communication would have made for a much better first impression.'

'Five stars if love quirky, quaint stays that are not big chain hotels. Each room is different and stocked with cute little decorations. You have a patio to enjoy the sun. Downtown whiskey row and restaurants are just a quick walk down the street.'
