This 70m² 3-star-rated ground-floor chalet flat, situated in a fully renovated former farmhouse, is ideal for family holidays. It is located just 1km from the Espace Diamant ski slopes!
It can accommodate up to 6 people and comprises a living room with a pellet stove (pellets not provided), a dining area for 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms (one with a toilet) and a separate, outdoor toilet measuring 90m².
Beds made on arrival, cleaning provided, linen supplied, welcome hamper. Wi-Fi included.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- Sitting area with a sofa, hanging chair, TV and a pellet stove (pellets not provided), opening onto the floor-to-ceiling windows and leading outside.
- Dining area with a table for 6 people.
- Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for 4 people: fridge, dishwasher, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee machine, raclette and fondue set.
- Master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), storage space, TV and en-suite bathroom with shower, towel rack and washbasin.
- Second bedroom: bunk beds (90 x 190 cm).
- Third bedroom: double bed (160 x 200 cm) with storage.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet.
- Separate toilet.

- This chalet features a fenced, grassed outdoor area of approximately 90 m², with a terrace and garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- Two numbered outdoor parking spaces are available, providing direct access to the entrance.

Activities:
In winter, a wide range of winter sports activities await you in the Espace Diamant ski area, with 170 km of slopes: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing… But there are plenty of other activities too, such as themed trails and orienteering courses, and finally, discover Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot-air balloon ride!

In summer, you can explore the hiking trails, enjoy a swim at Flumet lake, set off on a trail run or go rock climbing at La Carrière, or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. New swimming lake: water play area, floating games, treetop adventure course, zip line… Finally, don’t forget to stock up on fresh, local produce straight from the farmers: milk, cheese, meat, etc. You can even make your own Reblochon there!

Transport:
- Shuttle buses run to the village and other nearby villages
- Taxis in Flumet and the Megève coach station.
- The best option for greater independence is a private car (your own or a hire car).
