The Space:

A comfortable studio of 17 m², it can accommodate up to 2 people. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The interior has been decorated with attention to detail, providing a warm and homely atmosphere. The kitchenette is equipped with essential kitchen accessories such as a fridge, electric kettle and induction hob, useful for daily meal preparation. Guests will have at their disposal a sunny living room with single beds and a TV, from which there is also access to a balcony with garden furniture, creating an ideal space for outdoor relaxation. In the bathroom, guests have a shower and a toilet at their disposal, all in a cosily furnished interior. In addition, entertainment is provided by multimedia such as TV and Wi-Fi access. For a good start to their stay, guests are provided with free toiletries, towels and bed linen.

While in the city, it is also worth visiting tourist attractions such as the Botanical Garden of Adam Mickiewicz University located 1.7 km from the building (just 4 minutes by car) creating at the same time an ideal place for a morning walk, and the largest city park created on the remains of a former Prussian fortress - Citadel Park. Guests can take full advantage of the city's charms - literally everything is at their fingertips here. Within walking distance, there are many restaurants such as Tonari, serving Japanese cuisine - 250 m or Falla Restaurant - 350 m offering vegetarian dishes. The close proximity to numerous cafés such as ALEkosmos (230 m) and Trzecia Kawka (300 m) is also an asset.
