Middle floor: double bedroom (bed 1.6x2.0m), air conditioning and its own bathroom; living room; the rooms access a large terrace with table with 5 chairs, 2 deck chairs, 2 sun loungers. Lower floor: living room, dining room, single bedroom (0.9x2m bed), bathroom, kitchen. All the rooms on the lower floor overlook a large terrace with table for 8-10 people, 2 deck chairs). The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 60x90cm gas cooker with 5 burners and large electric oven. The rent includes sheets and towels (changed weekly), electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and final cleaning. Security deposit of 400 euros required upon arrival. From this will be deducted the costs municipal tourist tax (2024 amounts: 2.5euro / person per day, excluding children under 10 years) and possible damage.
