We arrived at 10, room was not ready which is totally normal. We checked in around 6pm, we got a twin room. As a couple who arrived early we’d have appreciated to get a king size assigned. We finally did after I insisted even though the front desk agent didn’t want to give me one saying that “it’s not guaranteed and there isn’t any left”. But he finally found one. Plus, on my reservation confirmation, it’s guaranteed.
Then, one night, we checked the room service menu, we called down the reception and they only had one soup and one salad available.
Another night we wanted to have a drink on the rooftop bar but it was exceptionally closed.
Properties are short on staff, we totally get that, it seems that it was the reason several services weren’t available. However, we wish they had told us upfront so we don’t get frustrated.
Other than that, nice hotel, comfortable room, and good breakfast.
