Porto 11 is an incredible two-room apartment on two levels with a terrace overlooking the sea and the pool, in an enviable position overlooking the gulf and the small port of Porto Azzurro, one of the most beautiful and characteristic places on the island. From the apartment you can reach the town in a few minutes' walk, without using the car. The town is one of the favorite locations for visitors to Elba, a fishing village that retains all its charm, with a very lively evening centre, full of clubs, events as well as its great historical heritage and the view of the bay full of boats sailing, a unique scenario of its kind.
Incredible roof terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, you can also enjoy a shared swimming pool of approximately 110 m2, with sea view in a panoramic position above the town and the beach. The swimming pool is open to the public from May 20th to the end of September, in other periods it is not accessible.

Internally it consists of a living room with a modern and well-equipped kitchen, where there is a double sofa bed and access to the terrace overlooking the Gulf and the pool. Downstairs double bedroom with single bed + extra single bed down and comfortable bathroom with shower and bidet.

Important Notes:
- groups of children under 21 years of age are not permitted
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.00 pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 7.30 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros (refunded within 48 hours of the end of the stay by credit card; if paid in cash it can be returned on the day of check-out after 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, based on opening periods.
