The door stays locked for studio-only bookings and your space is private. As with any multi-unit building, occasional neighbor or building sound can be audible.

The studios in this building are ground-floor and face north next to an industrial building by the freeway. Highway noise and other urban sounds can be audible at times.



🪑 Compact Setup

There is no separate desk or TV. Seating is armchairs with a side table, so the studio works best as a simple walkable home base rather than a desk-based work setup. There is no in-unit or building laundry; the nearest laundromat noted by ops is Spin, about 0.7 miles away.
