Check in was quick. I checked in for both the rooms we reserved. At 1 am, another guest entered one of rooms and didnt notice there were people in the room until they were all the way at the foot of the bed.
The next morning the front desk was very unhelpful and unapologetic. They stated the keys for the other guests were programmed wrong. That doesn't make sense because why would those other guests even try our door. The also said that it wasnt registered in the system that I checked into the room. We got room keys and parking passes for both rooms and paid the room deposit for both rooms so I'm not sure how that got missed.
We felt extremely unsafe after another guest entered our to the point we didnt want to stay another night. We all slept poorly after that. There was no solution or even apology from the staff just "it was the night shifts fault".
We spent 2 nights at the property. Housekeeping did not come to clean the room (and no the do not distrub sign was not on the door).
When you check in and register your vehicle, you receive a parking pass. The fine print states parking is not guaranteed. There isnt alot of parking around the area so be cautious because you might not get a spot.
