« Our small Girl Scout troop enjoyed staying at this house it was close to Savannah historic district, Tybee Island, and a groceries store. The house was spacious to accommodate all 8 of us and equipped with the essentials to have a few meals there all together. »

« The Magnolia House is an excellent property conveniently located to everything. Great neighborhood for walking, with many historical homes and Squares along the way. It’s far enough away from the crowds downtown and on River Street, but also close enough to drive, or walk. Free parking in front was a bonus because almost everywhere else you have to pay to park. The home itself is well furnished, very roomy, and had everything we needed to make our stay carefree. Communication with the Property...

« Loved the property and the location was great. Loved that they had van transportation. The only complaints are that I wish the property had more activities planned for guests and the suite we were in, in the double queen room, the room never got below 78 degrees but the rest of the suite was freezing. »

« This was a cozy cottage to stay a long weekend in Tybee. It was a great location. It could have maybe used more cleaning (we have a 10 month old and he was covered in dirt and dust from crawling around the house). The bathroom looked updated and the beds were pretty cozy. We did a load of laundry before leaving so that was helpful. We couldn't figure out the old-fashioned lock at first! »

« The house was perfect! The location was a bit of a drive but the house had so much to do we barely left it. The pool, deck and backyard are huge! The pictures don’t do it justice. Andy, the host, was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out times which we greatly appreciated since family was traveling on different days and times. The management was friendly and very attentive, checking in with us to be sure everything was going well. Most importantly, the house was very clean.
