Good insulation for noise, though. Parking off-street behind the unit. There seems to be a minor ant problem - but nothing major. I'd stay there again. »

« Cole was an excellent host he let us drop off our luggage well before checkin. He told us about Pikes place where we stocked up on foods for our stay. We were able to make meals without needing anything extra every thing was there. The outdoor area was spectacular. I and the rest of our party would recommend this gem to anyone. After 2 1/2 weeks in Alaska this was a perfect ending before heading back to New Hampshire thanks again Dawn, Brian, Christine and Charlotte »

« What a great place to stay. The house is so comfortable and the deck is fabulous. Views of Puget Sound & the Olympic Mountains along with great sunsets. Bruce & Diane are very accommodating hosts. We took their recommendations in dining out but you can’t beat the waterfront dining prepared in the well stocked kitchen. So much fun to see eagles from the house along with all the different ships going by, even a submarine! It was a wonderful stay. »

« We enjoyed our stay in Seattle. The homes location was ideal. The home needs some tender loving care. Lights in basement hallway & laundry room did not work. Shower in suite drips water. Carpet in stairway leading to basement needs replaced. Table service needs to be 8 since house sleeps 8. A baby gate would be beneficial. Window air conditioner & a queen bed in basement would be a nice upgrade. »

« We had a pleasant stay at this property. Great location and wonderful views from the living and master room. Kitchen was well stocked. However, property is dated and we didn't find it that clean. Spider webs at a number of places and bathrooms had signs of black mold. Lastly, you get the long list of things to do before check-out (including run dishwasher, washing machine etc) - we like many others find this ridiculous, especially when you are paying high cleaning (+other) fees. »

The location was great - walking distance to shops and restaurants in Winslow and a quick drive to get on the main highway to other parts of the island. « This house is very spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Great kitchen with all the supplies you could want (that I could see). The furniture, carpet, fixtures etc. aren't brand sparkling new or high-end or anything, but it was still just great for our needs. « Beautiful location. Home has nice amenities. The sound of the waves and the gorgeous views exceeded our expectations. The deck furniture and fire pit are serviceable but a bit tired. The drive to the house was narrow and the turn around not for the faint of heart. That said it is a beautiful spot and we would happily stay there again »
