Leal Family Vacation

The drive coming from Texas was a very long one. But what a hidden treasure did this turn out to be. Nice community, cool shops, and what a nice beach. The house was beautiful, looked small arriving when pulling up to the driveway, but it was big, roomy and comfy once entering. My family had plenty of room to longue, nice kitchen to cook and eat near each other. This was a wonderful home to stay in. Thank you for making this family vacation a pleasant experience. Th

Tranquil Getaway

Our stay at the Lily Pad was AMAZING,! Our Host Brittney was on point with every single detail. Her responses were immediate however; our concerns were limited because her directions were impeccable and easy to follow . The home was so inviting and I will definitely book again. The pool staff were also very accommodating. Our first time visiting Port St Joe and it is quite a Gem if you want peace and quiet time. An AWSOME TIME! Will stay longer next time. Enjoyed immensely!

Great Springbreak

We had a great week staying here. The internet was out when we arrived on Sunday & was out until the service provider could come out until Tuesday after so we didn't have TV for the evenings but we made due playing the games we brought with us. Brittany with the management company was helping us immediately once we realized we had the internet issued & she did everything she coukd to help us trouble shoot it trying to get it to work. We loved that we coukd walk to the beach, the cool little hang out spot & restaurants in the neighborhood/village. The Piggly Wiggly in Port St. Joe actually had a good selection of stuff and there were plenty or great restaurants & great ice cream places. Our favorite was Shoobies! We also enjoyed going to Cape San Blas & checking out that beach a few days. The beach there had more waves which my teenage son wanted. We really only had good sunny beach weather 2 of the days we were here so we didn't get to enjoy the beach as much as I would have liked. The house was wonderful, had all the basic necessities in the kitchen and plenty of room. The neighborhood had a dog park that we really enjoyed taking our dog to so she could be free to run outside off leash, she loved it! My son absolutely loved the neighborhood & all the paths for his 2 daily runs. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Port St. Joe.

Wilson Beach Vacay

This was our 2nd time staying at Windmark. We couldn’t stay at the precious house because our family had grown, 2 new grands and Mema joined us. The Lily Pad was the perfect place for us. The layout was open and inviting. Mema was able to maneuver around with everything on one level. The 4 grands, 3 under 3, had spacious areas to wobble around as well. The king size beds were plenty of room when the little ones woke in the middle of the night to squeeze in. The open kitchen/living area was great for our many meals eaten in to avoid the differing personalities and taste buds of our littles. The sand was between our toes in a matter of minutes whether we rode a golf cart, bike, or chose to take a leisurely stroll. Thank you “Lily Pad” for making our 2023 trip extra special and memorable. See you again next year.

Room and quiet

This home was lovely. Plenty of room to spread out for a family with big boys. Peaceful, quiet beach isn’t far from the house. One of the evenings we sat on the back deck and listened to live music coming from the main square. We will definitely stay here again

Perfect in everyway

This house was perfect for our stay. It was close to the beach and the town. Will stay here again I know soon. The management company name New Wave Management was by far the best we have ever had. They were always there if we needed them. I can say this is a great house and perfect for a family vacation.

Windmark beach

Excellent neighborhood! Short walk 10-15 min) to the beach. The mill and the view on old 98 are also wonderful spots to hang out and babe a drink or get some dinner. Very friendly people! Anytime we had a question or needed anything, the property manager was very quick to answer and help. Highly recommended!

Lily pad has the perfect layout for a family vacation. open space and lots of storage. loved the outside shower. there were a few things that weren’t so good but minor factors. back porch was not cleaned upon check in. dirty table and furniture cushions were stained and not straighten for presentation. master bed linens were stained. we found a broken mixing bowl while cooking. we cooked everyday and kitchen was equipped with all we needed. we were asked to move our golf cart of grass, which there is nothing posted on any reading material to not park on grass. The house should include material regarding applicable HOA rules and policies to inform quests during their stay. it was an overall great experience and enjoyed making memories with our family!

Windmark Beach Vacation House

Windmark Beach is a short drive or a good walk from the house. The common areas were nice, with plenty of seating and the kitchen was updated and well-stocked. Three of the bedrooms shared 11/2 baths, so this would be perfect for a large family. Loved the access to shopping and restaurants in the Windmark community.

Amazing Home!

This was our first trip to Port St. Joe and we had no idea where to stay. We hit the jackpot when we found this property! It was exactly as described. It was very spacious, extremely clean, and in a nice, quiet community. Our entire family had plenty of space in the home and loved the proximity to the beach. We also liked that it was only a few minutes to a local grocery store and the quaint little town of Port St. Joe. Communication with the agency that we booked through was also fast, friendly, and very informative. Highly recommend!

Fall Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice home with a lot of space. Loved the common areas with all the boardwalks. Port at Joe is a nice area and close enough for a visit to Apalachicola and Cape San Blas. Only recommendation would be to have a few more hand towels in the kitchen and one or two more bath towels. But that is only a small suggestion. Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

Beautiful home with more than enough room and great amenities!

I stayed here with 10 others, including 6 adults and 5 children (age 3-8). It was a perfect home for us with more than enough room for everyone to have their space. It is beautifully decorated and in a great location. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend!!
