"BAYCATION is a home designed with the vacationer in mind. From the massive expanse of porches and decks to the multiple gathering and seating areas, you will have no problem finding your spot in this home. Whether you want to play or relax, Baycation has what you need. Incredible Bay views await you from the upper and lower level front and back porches and decks furnished with a variety of comfortable seating, lounging, and dining areas. The private dock offers the ability to fish, kayak, or merely sit and enjoy the bay breeze. There is no better place to kayak on the Cape than in St. Joseph's Bay! For an afternoon of fun, the pool awaits. Cornhole or horseshoe enthusiast? Baycation has that too.

For the multi-family vacationers, Baycation offers two Primary King Bedrooms with bath so no need for drawing straws on who gets the big bedroom here! In addition, a third bedroom offers a Queen bed, then a fourth bedroom with a Queen bed and a Twin over Twin Bunk bed.

Baycation sports two separate gathering rooms with plenty of seating for relax or play. This house is anything but your typical rental home with basic furniture and pictures, for it is furnished with beautiful décor, much of it made locally, and equipped with top-notch and custom-made furniture, lighting, and bedding, so comfort and beauty await your stay. An interior *elevator will assist you with your luggage to each floor, but the beautiful open stairwell with cable railing begs the journey also. The kitchen is a home chef's dream, filled with everything you will need for preparing a week's worth of fabulous meals of local seafood or your favorite dishes. Outside is a gas grill and a pizza oven for a fun cooking adventure.

To assist in your adventure at Baycation, your reservation includes $300 worth of adventure gear rental. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $300 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. No pool heat available. No events over the occupancy of the house are allowed.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly.
