PEACEFUL PGA VILLAGE CONDO

Treasure Coast Escape is a lovely, one bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, ground floor, end unit condo in the quiet, gated Castle Pines community in the PGA Village. It is very easy access off I95. There is a well appointed kitchen including a Kuerig coffee maker, dining area, living room, and a screened in lanai. The living room has a new 50" flatscreen tv with a huge channel selection including the Golf and NFL channels. The spacious bedroom has two queen beds, dresser and a flatscreen tv. The master bath features a large walk in shower. To make your stay easier, you have the convenience of a washer and dryer. If you need additional space please check out my adjoining property #857236 PGA Village Perfection. Both units can be reserved together if available. I would be glad to give you a special rate if you reserve both units.

Our comfortable condo is located in the heart of the PGA Village and offers the very best of Port St. Lucie! Our gated community features a gorgeous lagoon style pool and hot tub. Additionally there is a playground, picnic area and bbq area. Within the PGA Village there are three major golf courses as well a a complimentary 6 hole pitch and putt course, the PGA Museum, and the PGA School.

The list is long and varied for all your dining and shopping needs. You will find a multitude of restaurant choices from local cuisine.... to exceptional fine dining. Within your condo you will find a notebook to help make just the right choice.

Now for more fun. There are 21 miles of sandy, white beaches to explore, as well as a natural river area, a botanical garden and the Sandhill Crane Sanctuary. We are just two miles from the New York Mets spring training camp, batter up! Nearby is the historic and charming town of Stuart, the sail fish capital. There are fun shops and boutiques to explore, restaurants galore, art festivals, the Florida Oceanographic Society and throughout the year live music. For more excitement consider visiting the Rapids Water Park just 50 minutes away. Don't forget, Wald Disney World is 90 minutes to the northwest.

Il n'y avait aucune pastille pour le lave vaisselle, aucun linge pour laver et essuyer la vaisselle. L'appartement a besoin de renovation( chaise brisée, stores brisés, odeur de tapis désagréable).Par contre, tout était propre. Nous avons avisé l'hôte mais nous n'avons pas reçu ce qui nous manquait.

Golf Vacation

Perfect condo for a father & son golf vacation. Everything is as described- clean and comfortable. Location is excellent just a minute or so to I-95 to access area golf courses. Property pool was clean and heated. No hesitation to come back.

Comfy beds, spotless surroundings, nice big shower. Even had a tiny Christmas tree - nice touch. Close to shopping and the highway. Would consider staying there again.
