Guests have full access to the entire cottage, including the living areas, kitchen, both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the in-unit washer and dryer, and the covered back deck.

• Parking is available on site for up to 2 vehicles
• Long Island Village has limited parking and vehicle-size restrictions, so large trucks, vans, or RVs may not fit; please reach out before arrival if you are bringing an oversized vehicle
• Your stay includes access to all Long Island Village amenities; pick up your gate card and wristbands at the Welcome Center on arrival

A vehicle is recommended for getting around Port Isabel and over the causeway to South Padre Island. Free parking is available on site for up to two vehicles. The island beaches, restaurants, and attractions are a short drive away, and the local marinas put fishing and bay tours within easy reach.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors
• Dogs are welcome with weight restrictions and a pet fee; cats are not permitted
• Please do not allow pets on the golf course
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests; only registered guests are permitted
• Long Island Village is a gated community; please follow posted community rules
• Please take trash to the community compactor near the tennis courts on your way out
• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind
