« Serenity Hill is a pleasant place where you feel disconnected from the chaos of some other villages. The check-in process was smooth and also got in touch upfront by Kristina who was always available and advising good spots. We were also upgraded on arrival which was an excellent good news. « The property was situated on the main strip but off to the side. So you didnât hear all the noise. Plus, it was soundproof. Updated and very high tech. Alexandra was sooooo kind, helpful with everything , the best!! Couldnât have asked for a better place to stay, staff, location, cleanliness. Highly recommend. A hidden gem. »
« Absolutely lovely place. Everything was just so perfect. The place is immaculately clean, quality food and very reasonably priced. Staff are wonderful and canât do enough for you, yet leave you to just enjoy and relax knowing your safe in their hands for all you holiday needs. We WILL be rebooking! »
« We had an excellent holiday in the hotel of Tropical for one week in August. The pool-view room was big with balcony and kitchenette, which were cleaned every day. There's good wi-fi and conditioner, which worked properly. The location was great. There were supermarkets, the city center and sea nearby. The food was tasty. The staff was very kind and helpful. They created warm and pleasant atmosphere.

« Hotellet Àr nyöppnat och det mÀrktes. Det saknades hÀngare till handdukar & toapapper. StÀdningen var ojÀmn och vi fick aldrig nÄgra morgonrockar, vi fick be om schampo och handdukar. StÀd kom in i rummet trots att vi var dÀr inne flera gÄnger, de glömde Àven bÀdda sÀngen med lakan nÄgon dag. Frukosten var bra, + för Àggstation, barista, frukt. Poolen var lite smutsig, de borde dammsuga den. VÄrt rum skulle ha queen-sÀng men det var tvÄ sÀngar som skjutits ihop, man kunde alltsÄ inte ligga nÀra...
