Hôtel près de Port de Tyne (Newcastle-upon-Tyne)

« Great location, with loads of parking in the area and really close to the station (handy to get to Newcastle) and the seaside. The staff was helpful when we had an issue with the check in, and was always responsive to our requests. The room was alright, even though the bed wasn't exactly comfy, and the timed fan in the bathroom wasn't ideal at night. The best thing overall was the cafe, in which we went for all the three days. Hats off! The staff was amazing, and they could accommodate our...

« Room was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed. One of the double glazed window units was blown and required replacing and the ensuite was a little tired and needed upgrading. Breakfast was very good, as was the evening meal. Staff needed chasing up not keeping up replacing side plates, and keeping coffee pots full. Staff were quick to apologise and bring out replacements. We will almost certainly visit again, despite getting a few things wrong the staff were extremely friendly and...

« bon emplacement, parking gratuit pour les résidents de l'hôtel, personnel très charmant, chambre très propre, juste la moquette de l'escalier à revoir »

« Very close to ferry, and shopping, we liked that very much, »

« Lovely apartment, key pick up will be after 4pm Monday to Thursday as the bar is closed beforehand. There is NO ALLOCATED PARKING PERMIT. Staff are lovely at the two businesses downstairs which offer 10% discount for anyone staying here. We lived the apartment so much, it's got a great vibe and had everything we required. »

« We had a fantastic stay at Dakota Newcastle. The rooms were beautiful, stylish and extremely comfortable, and the staff were so attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were amazing with excellent food and great service. Everything felt really high quality and well thought out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Dakota Newcastle. We’ll absolutely be back! »

« A very quirky clean boutique hotel with fantastic sea view. I would highly recommend it »

« Best hotel in Newcastle, no contest. Would stay again! »

« Un magnifique lieu dans la verdure anglaise collé à des petites chutes d’eau et un cours d’eau, un personnel à la hauteur gentillesse et serviabilité »

« The hotel is much further from the station than small maps suggest and it is almost entirely hidden by other buildings. The area is rather run down. »

« J’étais déjà venu il y a quelques années dans cette hôtel, et le niveau est excellent, j’apprécie beaucoup cette chaîne, dans des lieux originaux et de très bon goût. Le petit bémol, au restaurant, j’avais pris une salade avec du kale, mais il n’y en avait pas, malgré les affirmations du cuisinier après ma remarque… »
