« Room was okay.. Clean, although it could have used some fresh psint. Nice pool. Staff overall not smily and mostly unhelpful, especially the ones at breakfast. Staff at front desk not even able to ptovide a decent city map or information about transportation. Mostly behaved like they did not care and that clents were bothering them. Hotel location is good, close to the Queen Savannah Park, the Emperor Valley Zoo( small but very very nice!!) , the botanical gardens and the old English...

« We stayed here for Carnival week and arrived Thursday and did not receive any house keeping until we checked out a week later. Room was cheap for Carnival but understandably so. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Felt safe in location but it isn't a walkable area and need to get transportation to anywhere in Port of Spain. No phone in room. No safe, which is essential. Bathroom very dated with bathtub painted with latex white paint so was peeling off during showers....
