Our neat and tidy Kottage on the Key is a practically new guest house on Lemon Bay just steps from our private beach perfect for 1 or 2 people. Located on a private road, this bungalow offers a relaxing getaway with access to the bay or the beach. Bring your kayak to put in at our private launch . Pets are welcome too! Manasota Key offers an "Old Florida" experience with no hi-rises and limited traffic. There are no traffic lights on this hidden gem of an island. There are five restaurants on Manasota Key including casual waterfront Tiki Bar dining and more formal dining with spectacular Gulf views. Manasota Key is primarily residential. In addition to restaurants, the commercial on this quaint Key includes a convenience store, gift shop, boat, kayak, and bike rentals, and takeout pizza. Across the bridge on the mainland there are many easily accessible pharmacies, department stores, supermarkets, fast food, office supply and many other conveniences.

Manasota Key beaches are known for their abundance of tropical shells and sharks' teeth.

Our cleaning staff has taken extra measures to make sure our place is clean and disinfected for our guests.

Well behaved pets welcome to stay for additional fee. One average size pet. Possibly two small pets but please inquire first before reserving. $20. per night pet fee.

Beautiful Place

Kottage very clean. Had everything needed and more. The walk to beach was quick. We have been going to Englewood for over 28 years. This is first time at this place. The other places we stay were detroyed by Milton last year. Kozy Cottage maybe our new place to stay in Englewood. Host trrrific and attentive to our needs.

We had a great stay! Everything was just as listed in VRBO, direct beach access across the street, manatees every evening on the bay side and so quiet and peaceful day and night! Better than Advertised

Our stay at the Kozy Kottage was great. It was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The two minute walk to the beach was easy. The beach was fairly quiet when we were there (not many people). The sunsets were great. The town was nice as well. Tiki Bar and Grille was our favorite place we went back a few times. Locke and Key Restaurant and Farlow on the Water were also good food and service. We plan to come back to Manasota Key in the future and would definitely stay at the Kozy Kottage if it is available.

Kozy on the Key

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kozy Kottsge. It is the perfect, little, couples retreat nestled into a great beach area. Manasota and the surrounding areas have so much to offer in beaches, recreation and restaurants. After a hot day playing on the beach, you can relax on the lanai in the shade and watch the wildlife in Lemon Bay. The hosts were also some of the nicest we have seen in our travels.

We have been to Manasota Key previously and our friends are located north of the property. The "kottage" is perfect for a couple. Clean and conveniently located to all Manasota Key amenities! Communication was excellent. Look forward to staying again.

The cottage looks brand new.It's ver close to the most wonderful beach. It's a private beach so there is very little people and we watch incredible sunsets.As a big bonus we also got to watch the sunrise from the kitchen window and the out balcony.We enjoy this place so much.The owners are very nice people also.i highly recommend this place.

Perfect Getaway

The property was perfect for us. Loved the layout and easy access to the kayak launch and to the beach. Neighborhood was really quiet. We hadn't gotten away for a while and it was such a relaxing stay. Perfect weather, perfect accommodations, great kayaking and beach time. We loved it.

Perfect little cottage
