I'd travelled to Houston to take my retired father out for a beach trip for the first time in years, and the spot, while small, was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. And the noise coming from the other unit in the same building was minimal and they were a family with little ones running around. 'This place is absolutely adorable! The neighbors were very friendly and that was nice. We didn’t cook there but they had an amazing stove but sadly lack on kitchen equipment. The cabinets are dusty inside and out, and very empty which was sad. The coffee area was really nice. We needed a few items and were delivered in a timely manner. Communicate was great, and I would be happy to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your space with us! '
