'Good location'

'Decor in entry way was inviting. Refrigerator in room was not clean;bathroom had mold; hard-boiled eggs at breakfast tasted sour -likely bad. Breakfast room was not attended to as expected. Lack of quality eateries nearby.'

'Tthe Cobblestone Was great however the Expedia site transcribed my date of stay incorrectly causing me to pay for a second day. The Cobbledtone said that they were unable to assist with third party booking.'

'We had to leave early'

'Our stay was great. Plenty of parking and easy unloading. Nice staff. Quiet and very clean. Our room had the Bay Front/ Lift Bridge view. We kicked off with dinner at the Silos restaurant just past the lobby. Recommend the walleye tacos, or rib eye steak. The outdoor hot tub was relaxing. Pier B provides Duluth Coffee Co. and it is the best brew. We used Expedia breakfast vouchers when we booked. The breakfast menu had a good selection. We will definitely stay again.'

'I don’t know'

'Not the premier location, but wonderful, friendly staff made up for that. Old school comfortable. Would stay again! Great value! Now if you trying to impress somebody, this is not the place. But for a clean, comfortable bargain? Heck yeah@'

'If you don’t mind hearing everything, including bodily functions and next door neighbors snoring all night OR sleeping with ear plugs in, then this is a great place to stay in Duluth! You cannot beat the price and the common areas are clean.'

'didn't like no elevator. we in our 80's and late 70's had trouble carrying suitcase up the 25 stairs. didn't like no instructions on how to operate the coffee machine. -did like the neighborhood, restaurant on either side of the Motel/hotel was nice, shopping nice, good beer nearby. -did like the quietness and cleanliness of our room.'
