I reached out a week before the trip, but it took until the arrival date to confirm the maximum of 3 cars and provide an alternative parking site. « The cottage is spacious and inviting. You get a feeling that you are home and you can relax. Everyone had a smile on their face the entire vacation. Views of the sunrise each morning while we fished or drank coffee on the deck where magnificent. We could visit St. Augustine in 15 minutes which was nice. Great vacation!!! »

« First off, this is the most private beach house we’ve ever stayed at. Majority of the time, it was just my daughter, my his husband, my dog, and myself with people off in the distance. « We spent 6 nights at this fabulous home. The highs: immersive beach front view and access, clean, everything works well including climate controls,grill and coffee makers, well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds and pillows, good communication with the host and management company. Not really any “lows” but things to note: this home has lots of stairs- the 3 interior levels are accessed with a spiral staircase. Just be aware this is not a home for those with disabilities or needing mobility help....
