Aparthotels in Ponta Delgada

'Do not pass this place up! Elegance, and service at it finest. We feel that we got more than we paid for. Where to start... Extremely friendly and helpful staff, their goal is to make you happy and comfortable, and they succeed. The rooms are smartly laid out, with a fully functioning kitchenette, including a dishwasher, pots and pans, Nespresso coffee, and kettle for tea lovers which pairs beautifully with a self customising breakfast served to your room every morning. If you're departing early...

'The blue penthouse was outstanding. The daily cleaning and breakfast were amazing perks. Access to the beach was a real plus. Morning adventures and afternoon by the beach made an amazing holiday. The property thinks of everything beach towels concierge services.'

Goede bedden, fijn balkon.'

'Property is well located however the room we had was full of mold. The shared kitchen was dirty and the living room also had mold on the walls. We tried to get a different room since we were staying there for 7 nights. Only after 4 days did they tell us that they would allow us to cancel for the remainder of our stay and give us the money back. Unfortunately since it was last minute we could not find anything reasonable and had not choice but to stay. Disappointing that guestready did not...
