'Let me start by saying that the place is impressive. I was looking forward to my stay after booking. The biggest issue: the room was hot. I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. There was also cobwebs in the bathroom....I want to go back and maybe request a different room.....I wanted to give a 3 star across the board, but the property was so impressive I just couldn't go that...

The hotel is centrally located affording my daughter and I the ability to walk vs driving to many of our outings.'

'This is a well maintained older property. The staff was very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and did not smell! The beds were so comfortable and seemed new! Very nice continental breakfast. The only drawback would be the indoor pool. Cloudy water, heater, not working, probably very old. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.'

'booked a king balcony..was told they overbooked those rooms.settled for a king..very small room..no fridge no microwave.swimming pool was drained..staff was very friendly.water in shower doesnt get very hot.thermostat is programmed where you can only get so much air and fan.'

'The rooms need a clean update and new paint. You can tell that deep cleaning is not done often. We had to switch rooms because they initially gave us a room where the shower curtain smelled like mildew and the comforter on the bed had a lot of stains on it. Even in the new room, the comforter seat on the bed had a lot of stains in the bed did not look clean. Also, the individual who checked us in was not friendly at all. Will never return to this hotel chain! The only thing that was good, was...

'I got the room at this location for my dad who is a traveling minister and he said he absolutely loved his stay! Encountered no issues and the room was spacious and clean. Will definitely be returning.'

'Don’t recommend especially if you are traveling with a pet. Expedia shows they only charge $50 for pets, but the hotel told me they charge $75. Even after speaking with Expedia they said the hotel was going to not lower their pet fee and there was nothing Expedia can do to help me even with this matter going forward.'
