'If you are looking for a top-new hotel with a plastic-card-key and a sterile environment where you can’t distinguish one room from the other - this is not your place! But, if you want to experience France and the Loire Valley and stay in a magic historical environment with lovely humble and generous people I would highly recommend this beautiful château!! The owners as well as the other guests felt like family for my husband and me!!'

'Zeer eenvoudig hotel. Kamer wad koel en schoon maar restaurant erg matig en duur. Personeel spreekt alleen Frans wat toch onhandig is.'

'Superbe maison, avec un grand jardin arboré et une piscine. Environnement très calme. La chambre est grande, très propre et bien décorée. En été, la climatisation a été appréciée. Accueil très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. '

'Magnificent and really exceptional building with history. Worth a visit for those interested in architecture and interior design. Wonderful hosts who are more than available. Easy and free parking. Breakfast was rather moderate for the price paid, but overall the experience was certainly WOW. Congrats to the owners!'

'Very clean and spacy room. Free parking space outside , but withing the fences. Very friendly owner and was giving a lot of inforamtion conc restaurants in the nabourhood , places worth visting , ... Breakfast was simple but good . Price / quality very good place too stay .'

'Wonderful small boutique airbnb in meticuloisly renovated property within the old central part of Chinon. Maurice is the perfect host and always helpful. Amazing breakfast. Stayed on second ( top) floor room, and did not find stairs difficult.'
