'Sakura cross hotel had exceeded our expectations even before we had gotten into our rooms. The staff was very friendly had helpful, and they were kind enough to put our luggage into our room for us. Going into the room, we were all surprised at how big it was as well as how unique the architecture was. 'I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very clean and family-friendly, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay for a family of four. The location is also very convenient — especially if you’re traveling back to Narita Airport, as the T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) is just a short walk away. 'Wij zijn nu twee keer in dit geweldige hotel geweest. Ook voor op de kop af zeven jaar hebben we hier gelogeerd. Was wel drie keer met lounge. Kamer super, ligging centraal bij metro-station, service top, inclusief meehelpen bagagetransport naar Tokyo terminal, ontbijt zeer goed. Lounge, beter kan miet. Komen zeker weer terug!'
