"We had a great stay at Nordstern hotel. Strategic location, near public transport, the Galata tower and Galata bridge. The rooms have a nice vintage style decor with high ceilings while the bathroom is very modern (a smart choice). Our room was very clean and neat. The breakfast is buffet style with many savoury and sweet options. But the best part of the hotel is the excellent staff: they are very warm, kind, attentive, and professional. They really made us feel at home. Our airport transfer service was arranged smoothly and the contact with the hotel manager and reception was easy. We really liked the small attentive gestures from the staff: we were offered cold water when we arrived (apart from the bottled water in the rooms), and when we came back to our room after a long (warm!) day, we saw a bottle of ice cold water and normal bottled water. We would also like to thank the kitchen staff for the Turkish coffee, and they also offered to make us an omelette for breakfast, very kind. A big thank you to the staff! I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to feel at home in a neat hotel at a great location with excellent staff. Hopefully till next time."

"We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Ontbijt beviel goed en het personeel was heel aardig en professioneel. Het hotel heeft iets mystieks en een serie op netflix heeft ook inze interesse en keuze voor dit hotel makkelijk gemaakt. "

"Ik heb onlangs een paar nachten doorgebracht in dit nieuwe hotel en was echt onder de indruk. Het hotel is modern en mooi ingericht, met veel aandacht voor detail. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel, precies wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen verblijf. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat echt bijdroeg aan een fijne ervaring. Wat het verblijf extra bijzonder maakte, was het geweldige uitzicht op zowel de zee als de stad. Kortom, een prachtig nieuw hotel met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabele en mooie tijd en ik kijk al uit naar mijn volgende verblijf. Zeker een aanrader!"
