« The hotel was in contact beforehand making certain aspects such as check in and parking clear. Upon arrival staff welcomed us and answered any questions we had calmly. The hotel was calm and relaxing. The room was spacious and as a famiy of 4 we enjoyed our overnight stay. »

« Les réceptionnistes étaient très accueillants et chauds. »

« The appartment was not clean, an heavy smell of sewer. Many places in the apartment was really dirty: bathroom curtain, oven and fridge was destroyed. There were dirty bed sheet in a wardrobe entrance. The wifi password was not given to us and after our arrival we had no answer at all from the property. Hopefully we have booked only one night. I do not recommend this place. »

« Clean property in good location »

« One lady member of staff was exceptionally helpful and kind she was on duty Thursday morning and afternoon always asked if there was anything she could do for us greeted with a very pleasant smile. When we arrived no disabled friendly room had I got a response when I emailed in September I would have changed to a different hotel. No plugs for medical equipment causing me to collapse on wed night no fridge to keep medication in bed was awful no toilet paper had to buy our own even after...
