Property was as advertised. We had no problems during our stay. Host, Wendy, was responsive to messages. Condo is very well stocked and decorated. Furniture is all in great condition and comfy. Would stay again in the future!

Absolutely the best!!

Everything about this condo was ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations!!!! I wish i could give 10 stars but only 5 were optional. Haha loved it!! The amenities were exceptional! Didnt need anything except our luggage and food/drink! I will absolutely be booking again!

Perfect family beach vacation

We stayed at Wendy's condo for a week. Her condo was perfect for our family of 4. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom. Wendy was absolutely wonderful host, quick and easy to communicate with and we would love to stay her again when we come back for our next visit.

AMAZING Week at Southpoint

We have stayed at Southpoint for many years, this condo was the best yet! We didn’t need to bring a thing, everything you need for a beach vacation was there for use. The owner was a wonderful to work with and attentive to our questions before arrival. A joy to work with. We will be back!!

Unit is as described - Great location - You’re on the beach. Overall things were good & would recommend. Unit was ‘stocked’ very well with soaps, papers & various kitchen/cooking supplies. Somewhat overstocked on decorative bed/couch throw pillows, etc. The 6 dining table chairs and 5 bar height chairs take up some room for moving around the unit but might be helpful if you want to have friends, relatives and neighbors over for a sit down visit. Enjoy!!

Terrific week in Ponce Inlet. This was a great place with a sensational view of the beach. Our host was very communicative outlining everything before we arrived. Heated pool was an added bonus.

Blissful Stay

The property is exactly as shown in the listing. It is lovely. The soft sand beach is right outside the property front door with just the right amount of waves for boogie boarding (so fun!). Wendy was so kind to us after we had travel delays. So easy to communicate with for any questions. We didn't use the pool so I don't have a review for that. Everything you could think of needing is provided, just show up with your groceries. We'll definitely be back. Everyone in the building and on the beach were so friendly. If I could give this property 10 stars I would.

Great vacation spot

We had the best time at Wendy's condo. She was very easy to work with and the condo is exactly as described in the ad. Weather was perfect and we hated to leave. Will definitely stay again. Perfect location, and great room.

Friends get away

Waterfront condo. Beautiful unobstructed view of Atlantic Ocean. Newly remodeled. Everything you need including beach towels and chairs. Also included all paper products and well stocked kitchen pots, pans,dishes,etc. Double bed in second bedroom good but twin bed in same room squeaked. Master bedroom so cozy and cute. Little misleading showing pool of next door condo by the beach. That is not pool of this rental. Laundry room door off hinges. Bottom line very nice place and so convenient to beach, restaurants and Publix. Very attentive owners. Would recommend.

Beautiful condo with beach views. Fully functional kitchen with everything to cook simple meals plus some. Excellent owner communication with any issue that might arise. Clean and quiet building. Great place for peaceful family getaway.

Work Vacay

We were in town for a week to renovated a rental property we have in the area. It was so nice to come back to this wonderful unit with amazing views and relax after a long hard day of work. My husband loves long bike rides and enjoyed both beach and sidewalk rides to the inlet and lighthouse parks. We would enjoyed staying in this unit again, for a real vacation.

We loved staying in this condo. The views were spectacular and the unit was very clean. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants and the beach. Wendy was very easy to work with. We would look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great Beachfront Condo

This property was really well maintained, and had a lot of great amenities. We primarily used the beach for our little kiddos. The condo was stocked with standard kitchen amenities. I'd say the only downside was there was no dresser or closet space in the Primary bedroom to hold clothes, but there was an abundance of seating options in every room. That being said, I think it was fine for a short stay, but if we were renting for a month or longer like some snowbirds do, the storage space in the Primary bedroom would not be sufficient. Overall, would definitely stay here again, and the hosts were very responsive and kind!

What A Hidden Gem! Great Oceanfront Condo!

Beautiful, well maintained condo in secluded Ponce Inlet away from the crowds. This property was great! We were down here for vacation and this property was perfect. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything you could need! So easy to get to the pool and the beach and the owner answered any question right away. We would definitely stay here again! The condo is direct oceanfront and it is a corner unit. The Northern view and Oceanfront view from the master bedroom is spectacular! It has the comforts of home and it's great waking up to the sunrise over the ocean. Just a short walk away for oceanfront dining and live music. What a great location. We will be back! Thanks!

Wonderful Vacation!!! Kids Enjoyed

We really enjoyed our Stay in this Condo. The Check-in process was very smooth and the Property Manager was on leave today. But Wendy (Owner) provided very clear instructions. Our whole family really enjoyed it. Especially my Kids with all the Beach playing things..We were really surprised to see all the things that we need were available in the Condo (From Sugar to Printer). The view was very nice with direct Beach Access. During our stay, the first couple of days Dryer was not working but Wendy communicated this issue to us before we reach and solved the issue within 2 days. Thanks to Wendy (Owner).

Beautiful views!

Beautiful condo with the most amazing views! Very easy access to the beach, which was not crowded. Owners & condo mangers very easy to reach & communicate with. Condo had everything we needed- even beach chairs/umbrellas and sand toys. Would highly recommend!

Amazing view from master bedroom

It was a great location for us. No one driving on the beach so my grandchildren could play and I could relax. The view from the master bedroom has to be absolutely the pretties view I’ve ever seen from a master. The manager on property is very sweet and helpful. The owner of the condo worked with me very closely. Over all a great vacation and would stay there again. Thank you all for helping make my last summer trip with my family a great vacation.
