'The room was clean .Sheets were crisp and comfortable. PILLOWS WERE GOOD. Bathroom was a bit small ,location great especially if you are catching the ferry to Bora Bora ,restaurants and the markets plus the food trucks within walking distance.'

'This is a great location and great amenities, rooms are clean n pristine, the staff however always scrambling, they always want to over charge. Always give your deposit in cash , the deposit with credit card or debit card will take a month to refund, they always say oh its your bank , its not it them !! But other than that this place is a must stay !!'

'My husband and I could not fault The Islander. From the moment we checked in we felt like part of a large family. From the friendly smile and impeccable service from Serena at reception, to the amazing party vibe from Memory in the Hula Bar. To our wonderful friendly wait staff, bar staff, room turn over ladies. 'Checkin very friendly, the park is super clean, parking easy. Apartment good with lot of extra's like dishwasher, washing machine, coffee etc. Close to the black beach. Although there is not much around the location (20-30min drive for a supermarket), thats not the worst. On the big island everything takes time to drive, so for a relaxing place, this hotel is recommended.'
