Can Suau Dalt is a beautifully restored traditional finca in Pollensa Mallorca, ideally located between Pollensa old town and Puerto Pollensa. Set on a hillside in a privileged countryside position, this unique property combines authentic Mallorcan character, complete privacy and spectacular views across the surrounding landscape.



Originally built more than 300 years ago, the finca has been lovingly restored and partially extended whilst carefully preserving its original charm. Traditional stone walls, exposed wooden beams and natural materials blend seamlessly with modern comforts, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.



Occupying the upper section of the finca with its own private access, Can Suau Dalt enjoys complete independence and privacy. Although attached to the owners' property, the layout ensures guests can enjoy a peaceful and secluded holiday experience.



Inside, the villa offers a thoughtful combination of traditional architecture and contemporary design. The living spaces are bright and comfortable, while the modern designer kitchen provides everything required for a relaxing self-catering stay.



The villa accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature extra-large double beds, while the third bedroom offers twin beds, making the property suitable for families, couples or friends travelling together. All bedrooms benefit from their own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest.



Outside, the property's terraces and gardens offer numerous places to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. An ancient olive tree provides a charming focal point within the patio area, whilst the upper bedroom and rooftop terrace enjoy wonderful views towards the Tramuntana Mountains.



One of the villa's most distinctive features is its stunning infinity swimming pool, which has previously received recognition from a design magazine. Measuring approximately 11m x 3m, the pool enjoys spectacular views and provides the perfect place to cool off whilst admiring the surrounding countryside.

A private pathway known as the "stairway to heaven" winds its way up the hillside through shaded stone terraces and natural Mediterranean vegetation.
