Villa's in Poinciana

'We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Our daughter spend many hours in the pool. It was good that we took the pool heating option else i think it would have been to cold to play for so long in the pool. The furniture at the pool (beds) is old and could have been refreshed. The other furniture is basic but comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and overall it had all the facilities we needed for our stay. A BBQ would be a good option to add for next guests. Would recommend this villa to...

'The house looked just like the pictures. There was enough room for everyone and enough full bathrooms. The pool was clean and we had a great time hanging out there all day! The big dining room table fit all the adults while the smaller kitchen in the table fit all the kids. The kids loved the bunk beds and the play set in the kids room. '

'Great house with plenty of space for us all. The onsite facilities were also good for when we had time away from the theme parks. Location was good, host has great communication. If we get back to Florida we will stay again :)'

'If you enjoy your vacation with a older lady with a daughter telling you what to do and how to act in the house, then this place is for you. The hot tub at the house does not work. There's limited toilet paper so bring your own toiletries. And the bedroom I stayed in did not have sheets on the bed. Must read all the rules before staying at this house. The clubhouse water park is not included in your stay. That is an additional fee$'

'This house was great! Every room of the house was very homey and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a great addition! The hot tub for the cool mornings and nights and the pool during the day. Its location was nice! Away from all the hustle and bustle of the area. But still close enough to venture out. We enjoyed staying at this property. We took a walk every morning around the lake behind the house. My boys fished off the dock and caught some fish (catch and release). All the ducks, cranes,...

' Very convenient to all of the Disney properties and was a perfect space for a couple. Small kitchen allows you to cook in if you desire. Great communication with the property manager. Would recommend!'

'This location was perfect for a short drive to Disney. We found it much easier than staying in the park. The communication with the rental person was extremely rapid and helpful. Kids loved the game room and it was clean-especially the bathrooms! We had a great vacation!'

'We had a fantastic stay at Franks place. Its absolutely perfect for familys. A really spacious property with everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Really clean and tidy with lots of towels. The beach towels ready to be used were a great addition.Perfectly located, extremely close to Disney and the 192 which has lots of restaurants, giftshops and supermarkets. We would all 100% stay here again.'
