'Fabulous home and location! If you like to walk, Poinciana is the place to be! Host is wonderful also. We loved every minute of our stay.'

'House was dirty. Hair was in the beds,shower,on kitchen table, the Kitchen sink was gross and there were bugs on the floor! Contacted host to get a refund due to us not feeling comfortable to stay in the home. She asked if we wanted a cleaner to come but instead we decided to leave without. She agreed to give us a partial refund. '

'It was absolutely terrible, filthy, broken down chairs and screens by pool, no AC moldy smell,'

'The villa was very clean, it was in a quiet community. The private pool was amazing. It was very relaxing for my family and a baby. Only downside was we had to go out and buy more toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, and a large fan. Some of the rooms would get pretty warm since the AC can’t be set past 74. But, overall it was a nice stay! We would stay there again in the future!'
