The living room has a sitting area, dining table and an open kitchen. For those cold evenings a wood burning stove. The decor is simple but offers all the modern amenities. In the living room couch and ottoman can be converted to sleep two more people.
The kitchen has a small kitchenette with sink, stove (electric pit burners and oven) and fridge / freezer.

Bedroom I

The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Through the large windows you have a wonderful view over the lake.

Bedroom II
The second Bedroom is next to the garden and can only be reached via an outside staircase and the garden. If you are, with this feeling, this is not a problem because there are 2 sofa beds in the living room

ACCESSIBILITY Pognana Lario

The village of Pognana Lario is located on the eastern side of the left leg of the lake. The village offers all amenities including a supermarket (grocery store), a restaurant (with Meridiana), bars etc. within walking distance. The nearby villages (including Torno, Blevio) offer additional facilities (eg a bank) and a wide selection of restaurants.
Pognana Lario is located between Como and Bellagio. Both places are within half an hour by car, bus or boat. Thus, it is an ideal base for visiting the tourist resorts on Lake Como, by water or on the road around the lake.

ACCESSIBILITY FLAT
The apartment is located in the historic village (village) of Pognana Lario is removed; a hamlet is by car, which means that you do not come to the door with the car reach. Sometimes be uncomfortable, but very authentic and guaranteed to be a true Italian feeling! From the communal parking space is a 5 minute walk into the apartment. The paved path rises slightly, and then there are two steps to reach the apartment. It's all very well, but remember.
